Well, make awareness unchangable after you take the wonderlic test. So if someone isn't satisfied with their player they shouldn't take the test until they are ready.
I'm sure you can make a quick excel sheet that lists the awareness of those who have taken the test and who landed the bonus points.
After that, the bonus pt's for referrals can be used to increase that attribute even more if they get referral pts after the test.

I like he idea of making the player's awareness whatever he gets out of 10 x 10. We'll just put everyone's awareness as 0 and they can put the extra points somwhere else, but whatever they get on the test, they can't add on to it. It really makes it so that the more intelligent you are, the better your player does on the field.

Hrmmmmm......that's a huge benefit to CB's and SS. Maybe I should change my position, although I did just put out that sweet spotlight article on my client.
You're the boss, whatever you think is best. I still think it's going to make our players waaaaaaaay too good. Everyone is going to have 99 strength and speed. I don't see that making for a realistic portrait of the NFL.

I don't see that making for a realistic portrait of the NFL. How? The total stats right now are VERY low, and what if a DB does bad on a wonderlic? Then they could get stuck with 30 awareness. Then they're going to suck.
